The Westmoreland’s Big Art Party to Celebrate Second Anniversary of Renovation and Expansion Project

GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania (Tuesday, October 10, 2017) – To celebrate its second year of operation following a significant renovation and expansion project completed in 2015, The Westmoreland Museum of American Art will host its second annual Big Art Party on Saturday, October 21 from 7:30-11pm, with a VIP Party beginning at 6pm. All proceeds from the event will support the Museum’s education and exhibition programs.
Last year’s Big Art Party was an incredible success and was named one of TribLIVE’s top 10 parties in Westmoreland County in 2016, with more than 400 attendees enjoying live music, a silent disco, special performances, food stations and art projects inspired by the Museum’s collection.
Big Art Party’s theme for 2017 is “Black, White & Art All Over.” The celebration begins at 6pm with a VIP Party that will include food by Bob Sendall of All in Good Taste Productions, entertainment by Two Tall Twins, VIP party favors and open bar with specialty cocktails.
Big Art Dance Party from 7:30-11pm will include cash bar, small bites, art activities and a dance party with live music by Neon Swing X-perience and the High and Mighty Brass Band, as well as special performances by Kierra Darshell’s Drag Divas and DJ KellyA spinning Electro-Swing.

About The Westmoreland Museum of American Art The Westmoreland Museum of American Art, located at 221 N.
