Children’s Summer Art Camp Week 4 via Zoom are SOLD OUT.
Join us for an engaging summer art camp experience, virtually! Each day, your child will complete an awesome art activity with Studio Programs Coordinator Michael Carsone providing step by step instructions via Zoom. To tailor the experience to your child’s interests and provide flexibility for busy schedules, you can sign your child up for one, two, or three art activities or sign them up for the entire week of art camp!
For each day you register for, you will receive an Art Activity Kit that will include all materials for that day’s activity. Adult supervision is required for these projects. Some kits may require assistance cutting materials and using hot glue as required.
Week 4 Art Activities
Mon, August 3 Art Activity – Pixie Diorama * | 9:30-11:30am | Cost: FREE | SOLD OUT!
Design a pixie sculpture scene using cork, egg crates, pipe cleaners, beads, and paint. (Note: Mini-hot glue supplied.)
Tues, August 4 Art Activity – Wooden Tiki Relief * | 9:30-11:30am | Cost: FREE | SOLD OUT!
Using wood shapes, beads, craft sticks, glue and paint, construct a wooden tiki mask relief sculpture.
Wed, August 5 Art Activity – Bead Bugs Don’t Bite * | 9:30-11:30am | Cost: FREE | SOLD OUT!
Make a bug sculpture using wire, beads, colored straws, paint, and pipe cleaners.
Thurs, August 6 Art Activity – My Neighbor Totoro* | 9:30-11:30am | Cost: Free | SOLD OUT!
Create a unique Totoro inspired diorama using natural materials, felt, burlap, yarn, and other found objects. (Notes: Mini-hot glue supplied.You may elect to forage for some of your own natural materials for this project or use the materials provided. Selection will affect final product.)

After registering on Showclix, you will be sent a Zoom link via email prior to the date/dates for which you registered, and you will need to use that Zoom link to access the virtual Art Activity experience. Art Activity Kits will be mailed out prior to the Art Camp.
