The Museum embarks on a love and Pop art adventure! This community day is inspired by Robert Indiana’s LOVE.  Enjoy love themed art activities, declare your love with a tattoo, pose for photo ops in front of a heart installation shaped entirely of balloons, and more. All forms of love and creativity represented!

Jenna McGuiggan, one of the authors of Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood: A Visual History will be at the Museum Shop during our Community Day: Love Goes Pop! on Feb. 2, 2020 from 12-2pm!

Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood: A Visual History offers an unprecedented look into the beloved television show from Fred Rogers Productions with never-before-seen photographs and original interviews with cast and crew, and explores the show’s journey from its humble beginnings to the new film, A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. There will be a limited amount of Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood: A Visual History available for purchase. Purchase any Mister Rogers’ merchandise on Feb. 2, and receive a Free Trolley pin.
