Spring Jazz Concert

Jazz Pianist Joshua Ben

  • Time : 7–9pm

Sit back and relax to your jazz favorites at The Westmoreland on the second Wednesday of the month, March through June.

Wednesday, March 11 – Jazz Pianist Joshua Ben
Originally from Florida, Joshua Ben moved to Pennsylvania at the age of 6, where his interest in the musical arts began. His mother sang opera professionally and his father was a jazz guitarist. Having the support of both parents helped drive Joshua’s interest in pursuing the piano. He studied at Duquesne University and then later at the University of Pittsburgh. His love of the instrument led him to be a consultant for Steinway & Sons Pianos and educate while continuing to perform for a variety of venues and events. Joshua has shared the stage with such notable acts as Lisa Marie Presley, Keller Williams, The Wailers (Bob Marley band), and Rusted Root to name a few and has been featured on both radio and television internationally. Joshua can be seen performing at various places in and around the Pittsburgh area and is currently taking on new students at I Am Music Academy.

All performances from 7-9pm. Come early to explore the galleries and get a bite from Café Marchand, which are open until 7pm.
