Guests will experience powerful performances honoring Dr. King’s vision and impact\, including a unity candle-lighting ceremony\, an interactive drum circle with the Ibeji Drum Ensemble\, and a musical tribute by Rodman Street Missionary Baptist Church. Visitors can also explore community tables hosted by local organizations and participate in a variety of engaging\, all-ages art-making activities.\n\n\n\n\n\nThis year’s celebration features a poster contest showcasing artwork by fifth-grade students from Roy A. Hunt Elementary School in New Kensington. All posters will be on display at the Museum.
