This Summer Saturday at the Museum features vintage vibes, not vintage values!
Celebrate the Museum’s 65th birthday by sock-hopping back in time to the era when rock and roll was king at Summer Saturday: Party Like it’s 1959. Get into the vintage vibe with a vinyl DJ, malt shop bar, retro vendors and entertainment, themed activities for the whole family… and even a special guest appearance by the King himself.
- Live Vinyl DJ: Christopher Robin, with records donated by Rabbit Hole Records
- Performances and Meet & Greet with Elvis
- Caricature Artist:Take home a fun memento of you and your friends.
- Classic Cars: d. Tomasic and the Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department Museum
- Throwback Food Favorites for purchase from Yappy Dawgs and Babcia’s Lunchbox
- Soda Jerk Cash Bar: Try signature cocktails fit for the era, beer, wine, and soft drinks for purchase
- Malt Shop Sundae Bar:Build your own free sundae or float
- Guided tours of the “65 Artists, 65 Years” exhibition
