What’s a “Monster Drawing Rally”?
The term “monster” refers to the extensive nature of the event, where a large group of artists come together to create works of art from start to finish within a time limit, all in front of a live audience who can silently vote on their favorite works as they unfold. Participating artists will be drawing inspiration from the exhibition The Great Search: Art in a Time of Change, 1928-1945.
