Celebrate with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres the accomplishments of Dr. High Dempsey (2024 Distinguished Champion of the Arts) and Tina Williams Brewer (2024 Distinguished Artist), with selections to benefit the permanent collection by vote of The Westmoreland Society Members.
