Picturing Pittsburgh

Drawn from the collection of Bruce and Sheryl K. Wolf, this exhibition showcases evocative scenes from Pittsburgh’s industrial age. These works on paper—acquired over more than 35 years by longtime friends of The Westmoreland—invite nostalgia and reflection on everyday life during the Big Steel Era. The Wolfs’ long-standing commitment to this subject matter has significantly shaped the Museum’s ongoing dedication to collecting and presenting regional “Scenes of Industry.”
