Public art project on the N. Main Street Bridge
Be a part of art in the making! Volunteers are needed to assist with the Analog Scroll public art project on the North Main Street bridge once a month in the morning for a few hours. Bridging the Gap volunteers will report to Chief Curator and Curatorial Assistant.
Help spread the word about all we do! Throughout the year, the Museum participates in community festivals and other events with a booth space and is in need of volunteers to help serve as ambassadors for the Museum by promoting exhibitions, events and programs to festival attendees. Additionally, at some events, facilitating an art activity and enter-to-win drawing may be involved as part of your responsibilities. This is a fun way to volunteer for the Museum and make an immediate impact. Hours per month will vary depending on event schedule, and Community Outreach Volunteers will report to Director of Marketing and Public Relations.
Help to create an engaging experience at the Museum’s many events throughout the year! From assisting with art-making activities at Community Days to helping out with festivals like Art in Bloom, our event volunteers make Museum events extra-special for our visitors. Event volunteers report to the Director of Learning, Engagement and Partnerships.
