• Unity Candle Lighting Ceremony (10:30–11am)
  • Join us for a candle-lighting ceremony honoring Dr. King’s profound civil rights journey and his unwavering dedication to education, the arts, community engagement, and fellowship.
• Children’s Storytime (11am–2pm)
  • Discover the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through storytelling for all ages presented by Students from SPSEA of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.
• Live Music Performance (11:30am–12pm)
  • Enjoy a live vocal performance by Afro-Latina soprano Dr. Zuly Inirio. (The same performance will be repeated at 1:30pm)
• Dance Performance (12:30–1pm)
  • Enjoy a live dance performance by the Balafon West African Dance Ensemble. (The same performance will be repeated at 2:30pm)
• Live Music Performance (1:30–2pm)
  • Enjoy a live vocal performance by Afro-Latina soprano Dr. Zuly Inirio. (This performance repeats the 11:30am set)
• Dance Performance (2:30–3pm)

  • Join Greensburg artist Pamela Cooper in creating a vibrant community mural celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision of unity and equality.
