Celebrate Valentine’s Day at The Westmoreland! Bring your teddy bear for a Teddy Bear Takeover, organized by The Committee for The Westmoreland, featuring story times, songs and a raffle for a giant teddy bear.  Create teddy bear themed art and Valentine’s cards, and make your own button for you and your teddy!


SCHEDULE:

Teddy Bear Takeover: 11-3 pm – Paul and Carol Evanson Community Room
Join us for a Teddy Bear Takeover, organized by the Committee for the Westmoreland! Take pictures with your teddy and have some fun!
12:00 pm – Sing-Along with Practice Makes Perfect
12:30 pm – Storytime with the Greensburg Hempfield Area Library
1:00 pm – Sing-Along with Practice Makes Perfect
Puppet Show: 11:30 and 1:30 – McKenna Gallery
Watch a puppet show, put on by the Early Education Department at Saint Vincent College!  “The Very Cranky Bear” and “Mr. Bear-Squash-You-All-Flat” will be performed in our McKenna gallery. 
 
Violinists: 12:00 – 1:30 – Throughout the Galleries
Enjoy classical music as you stroll through our second-floor galleries. 
 
Card Making: 11-3 – Studio
Make a card for your sweetheart with provided materials.
 
Button Making: 11-3 – Historical Galleries
Make a button for you and your teddy bear!
