The Westmoreland Throws Wedding & Event Showcase, FREE Museum Wide Rental Giveaway

A showcase featuring local event and wedding vendors, from rentals, elegant décor and catering to bridal attire, photography, and jewelry

GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania (July 24, 2019) – On August 11, from 5-9pm, the first Wedding & Event Showcase will take place inside The Westmoreland Museum of American Art, an inspiring cultural destination with a breathtaking, sustainable outdoor green space, located in the heart of downtown Greensburg.

In an effort to help local brides and vendors connect, the Museum decided to hold a free wedding and event showcase. The event will feature a one-stop shop of available rentals, elegant décor, delectable catering options, bridal attire and more, all set throughout The Westmoreland’s stunning galleries and spaces. The evening will culminate with one lucky individual winning a FREE Museum wide rental giveaway, and in addition, all those who book a museum rental that evening will receive a 10% discount.
“This event is a great way for brides and event planners to discover local vendors and view their products, whether it be cake, photography or jewelry, especially if those vendors cannot make it to the larger, seasonal bridal fairs. It’s also a wonderful way for brides and event planners to see how the Museum can serve as an exquisitely unique venue for intimate life celebrations, and we are looking forward to providing a fantastic evening where brides and event planners can enjoy the more fun side of planning!” commented Randall Oaks, Director of Visitor Experiences & Events.
During the event, attendees will be encouraged to explore the Museum, meet a variety of top notch exhibitors, enter the FREE Museum wide rental giveaway, be inspired by new trends, taste delicious cake and catering bites, indulge in a cash bar, and much more!
